Better (I think)
Little Miss four new teeth still haven’t cut. She’s incredibly clingy and tearful one moment and the next she’s fine. I spent a good hour last night helping her play with her farm and she was introducing me to each of the animals. Mind you if I hear that old McDonald song one more time …….
Well, we’ve now got a serious problem with the bathroom shower. Damp has got behind the tiles and is forcing the shower off its water supply pipes. The upshot of this means the bathroom needs re-tiling and a new shower is going to have to plumbed in. It’s got to be done quite quickly because the shower is now leaking quite badly.
LSW and I had a long chat about the future. We’re going to have to cut back on our spending a lot. I’m going to give myself 50 a month just for spending and all the rest has to go on savings and emergency funds. Things between us are tense but no where near as bad as they were earlier in the year. The Italy trip seems so long ago now and I would want to go back right now.
It just feels we don’t get a break from all the trouble we’re getting.
